A Year of Slow Cooking: Autumn Sausage Casserole-add cooked rice towards the end. Add can of black beans, and top with walnuts. Add 1/4c apple cider vinegar. For the allspice, I subbed 1/4t of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Subbed in 1t onion powder. Left our raisins. Used half bag of crinkle cut frozen carrots. Cooked on high for 3 hours.
