Sriracha Salt: Fire a healthy squirt of Sriracha sauce into about 1/2 cup of kosher salt and shake it up really well in a sealed container until the sauce permeates the salt. To dry: You can spread the mixture out on a baking sheet let it sit in a cool dry place for 24-36 hours. OR you can heat your oven up to 350 degrees, turn it off, and then stash the baking sheet there for about 8 hours. When the salt feels dry, it's done. Put it in a salt dish or shaker and enjoy!
