Amazing cocoa bar from cocoa beans grown in Java made by artisanduchocolate(.com). Has cocoa beans (72%) cane sugar, cocoa butter and soya lecithin. Note on bar says "teeming with hay and smoke". My palette isn't refined enough to taste hay in chocolate but I will say I will buy more at Caputo's market. It was creamy with a rich nutty aftertaste. Purchased this after taking their into to fine chocolate class.

The tea was really lovely with real petite rose buds in the mix. It was naturally floral but not as sweet as earl grey. This was chinese black tea. Really delicious flavor with a touch of sugar and hold the cream. The shop also had a fun tea named "obamarama". With cute sizes like this, I brought back…
I tore into this candy bar! I mean, come in, it says pecan nougat bourbon caramel! It seriously IS as good as it sounds. Got this an extra in my Fiodzie.cim delivery in January. Made in Portland. Www.xocalatldedavid.com
One of the top chocolate makers using the finest strand of cocoa, the criollo bean. This bar is top notch and one of the most addictive chocolates I have ever had. 70% cocoa. Manufactured in Italy. Notes of "tobacco, berries, smokiness and earthiness. It is spicy with an excellent smoothness, long finish and sweetness". Yeah, I second that review (except for the tobacco part).
