Starting Monday (fingers crossed). Another pinner said: "This is probably the best fitness pin I've found. It goes into detail about the female body, and explains how we should train and diet in order to become lean and fit. I definitely recommend it for any woman looking to start a training regiment. It includes a written 12 week program to follow!"

Jillian Michaels: Standing Abs! I looove standing abs! Penguin taps - 20 reps; Standing oblique crunch - 20 reps each side; Pike crunch - 20 reps each side; High knees - 30 seconds...Do 3 sets right in a row for killer standing abs!!

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine

I'd exercise in this.
