Hot Jezebel: This is a great dip for crackers. I make mine a bit different, & on a much smaller scale: 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves, 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, 2 T. Dijon mustard, black pepper to taste... mix & store sauce in fridge overnight. Serve over 1 (8 oz.) block of softened cream cheese.
