I’m currently on a weight loss plan, and my nutritionist suggested this peanut butter. I love that it has extra fiber from the added flax and chia seeds. I always have issues with binge eating during the day and having this protein peanut butter helps keep me full. For a peanut butter this is incredibly delicious and healthy. I am finally losing that stubborn fat around my midsection.

I DO NOT agree with this! These sound an awful lot like the rules I have made for myself. I have been in treatment for an eating disorder, including a 3 month hospital stay where my organs were beginning to fail. These "rules" hit too close to home!
