Reuben Quiche A corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss quiche inspired by the reuben sandwich with a rye breadcrumb crust. (sub shredded potato crust or make as frittata; serve fermented kraut on side instead of baking into recipe)
MONTEREY CHICKEN 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 c. bar-b-que sauce ( I use Bull's Eye) 1/4 c. real bacon bits 1 c. colby and jack cheese, shredded 1 14 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained (canned with green chilies added) sliced green onions pepper
3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef & drain, mix taco seasoning & 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted & remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture & gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 30 min
The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. I hate getting SPLATTERED!! This works perfect! this works great/
