My PCOS Journey
This is my PCOS Journey. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS in December of 2019. My goal is to balance my hormones without taking birth control. I have been documenting everything I have been through on this journey and I hope you join me!

I am determined to balance my hormones without taking birth control and to give other women hope that they don’t need birth control in order to balance their hormones; it’s not the only option. I have documented this journey to raise awareness to PCOS because very few people know about it. I’m also doing this for other women who have PCOS and hopefully, they know that they aren’t alone.
