Travelling with young kids made easy: Put an entire outfit (including undies and hair accessories) in a ziploc bag. One bag per day. When you get to the hotel, put the bags in a drawer and they can pick one per day. Huge time saver! Kim's Review: I've started doing this at home for my two-year-old. Bliss! No more indecisiveness slowing us down. She picks a bag and we're good to go!
Easy Baked BBQ Chicken Breast. Kim's Review: I did a variation of this recipe using Bullseye Bold BBQ sauce, baked at 350 in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes, then took off lid and cooked for another 20 or so. THE most tender, moist, succulent chicken I've had in ages! And crazy easy to boot.
Crescent Cinnamon Rolls. Kim's Review: Mine did not turn out as pictured. The butter leaked all over the pan and the rolls were somewhat flat and a little on the soggy side. That said, they were simple and the kids loved them.
Sheer genius. Cut up all your thank you notes, birthday cards, valentine's, etc . . . and put the loving messages in a photo album. Voila! A "Book of Loving Pages" to flip through whenever you're feeling low.
Kim's Review: I made this last night and it was seriously yummy. Before cooking the chicken I brined it for half an hour, then shredded it after cooking. So tender and moist! Served over basmati rice - a winning combo.
Make your own microwave popcorn with kernels and a brown paper bag ... so easy, inexpensive and tasty! Kim's Review: I use 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels and seal the bag shut with a piece of scotch tape. Works beautifully!
