WHAAAT?? Wall lettering that actually grows? Cool, I don't have a green thumb but definitely looks like something the wife would like to try. It's moss. This could be used particularly for an outdoor event or just admire simple saying that needs display. Here's how- Put in blender: one can of cheap beer (or 1 1/2 cups buttermilk), a few handfuls of moss, one teaspoon of sugar. Paint on wall and mist daily until it grows.
