Cheeseburger Pie:Brown 2 lbs of turkey, & drain fat Add 3-4 tsp onion powder & 1 tsp salt Place turkey in dish & stir in 6 oz grated cheese. Place layer of optional ingredients (onion, pickles, jalapenos, real bacon pieces, or tomatoes), I actually save the bacon pieces for the top of the dish. In another bowl beat 2 eggs, 1/2 c mayo (I used sour cream), 1/2 cup heavy cream, sea salt & pepper. Pour mix over beef & top w/ another 6 oz cheese. – sprinkle bacon . Bake 350 for 30-40 mins
