Learn this easy yoga sequence in minutes! 1. Warrior I: Step one foot forward, turn back foot slightly out, bend front knee directly over heel, and reach arms up. 2. Warrior II: Pivot at the hips and spread arms out to the sides, keeping feet in a straight line. 3. Extended side angle: Reach back arm up and forward, lengthening from heel to fingertips and resting front elbow gently on knee. 4. Slip into some fun workout gear and go practice your poses in nearby yoga classes.
