Wildflowers in our parks - 2012
With the unseasonably warm weather we experienced during the winter of 2011-12, we are starting to see the effects on the natural cycle of plants, trees, and wildflowers. Wildflowers that have typically begun to bloom the first week of May are blooming in early April. The wildflowers can be found at Indian Point Park and Hogback Ridge Park. Each photo will name the park and when it has/is/or is anticipated to bloom this year.
