Wine smoothie: 1 glass white wine blended with a bag of frozen berries. The wino in me tells me to use equal parts wine to frozen berries vs a whole bag of berries to a glass of wine. Maybe even a little more wine if it's very, very cold!
Mint & Lime Juice Cubes - You need to do this. Muddle up some fresh lime pulp & juice, pour into an ice cube tray, add a mint leaf & freeze. Pop a few into a glass of ice tea or soda or a cocktail for a lovely little kiss of lime & mint.
Frozen peach bellini: Blend: 6 oz Asti Spumante, 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 can frozen Bacardi peach daiquiri mix and ice. I've got to get some peach schnapps. I keep seeing these drinks and I think I'm craving peach!
