Good plan ... It takes 21 days to make/break a habit! I already did the month without alcohol. Need to bust the fast food and candy habits. I don't drink juice or soda... or biscuits and gravy. maybe a month without simple carbs? I will NOT be giving up red meat.
NOTE: I am not pinning this because I think it's a good idea. I'm pinning this because it's stupid. If you stop drinking alcohol for one month, then just start drinking again and cut out fast food, etc, how would that get you bikini ready by June? You're only cutting out each thing for one month.. Or...do you cut that thing out and continue to leave it out until June? THAT might work. Idk. Whatever.
