Fancy Nancy can be used to go along with a fancy words wall. Students hear and learn new words every day and having a place for them to bring them back to gets them looking for new words that enhance their vocabulary.

I used this template to create Writing Offices for my third grade students. The students have these offices available when they are writing and can refer to the information listed there! It includes information about: the writing process, an editing checklist, punctuation, writing super sentences, transition and story words, letter formation (both print and cursive) and a space to put current work.
