Hamburger-Broccoli Alfredo Casserole    2lb ground beef, 1 onion diced, 10 oz frozen broccoli, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c heavy cream, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 tsp garlic powder // brown hamburger + onion // cook broccoli // melt cream cheese until soft, whisk in cream, cheese, garlic // mix all in casserole dish // bake 350 for 35-45 mins

CHEESEBURGER PIE - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes    one of my all time favorite recipes.  I stand by the use of onions, regardless of carbs.. More onions the better.   I do agree with her though about the water and I omitted the water from my original recipes.
