30 Day Ab Challenge

Inspired by http://m.skinnyms.com/fabulous-abs-in-30-days-challenge/ . On April 1st, 2013, I decided to start a 30 Day Ab Challenge. For 20 minutes every day, I preform this simple circuit of Ab Workout Routines and take pictures of my progress. Will I get fabulous abs in 30 days? Let's find out!

Day 24 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! Don't tell me you don't have the time to do this 15-20 minute workout routine. I just got home from a 16 hour day. So adding 15 more minutes "of work" is nothing. And now I can go to sleep happy and healthy! Woohoo!

Witness the Fitness: Day 14 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge After hanging out by the pool, I did 30 mins of cardio and pumped out these tummy exercises. Super sweaty and slippery but feels great to work out on a Sunday!
