30 Day Ab Challenge

Inspired by http://m.skinnyms.com/fabulous-abs-in-30-days-challenge/ . On April 1st, 2013, I decided to start a 30 Day Ab Challenge. For 20 minutes every day, I preform this simple circuit of Ab Workout Routines and take pictures of my progress. Will I get fabulous abs in 30 days? Let's find out!

My 30 Day Ab Challenge: the results are in! My before and after pictures after 30 days of ab exercises. It may not look much different--but my tummy is significantly tighter and I feel so super confident! Perfect for hitting the beaches this summer!

Day 30 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! I am so pleased with the results, and cannot wait to continue my workout regimen. I'll certainly keep you all updated with my progress! Whoo! =D If I can do it--so can you!

Day 27 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! I've noticed a significant increase in the firmness of my tummy and a significant decrease in the love handle department!

Day 26 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! It feels so awesome when you get through your 4 circuits and are like, "Wait, I'm already done? That was really 4?" And then you skip off to the bathroom and strike some Pinterest poses feeling like a million bucks. Epic =D

Day 25 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! Only 5 more days to go--but you better believe I'm going to continue my fitness routine even after the 30 day mark!

Day 24 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge! Don't tell me you don't have the time to do this 15-20 minute workout routine. I just got home from a 16 hour day. So adding 15 more minutes "of work" is nothing. And now I can go to sleep happy and healthy! Woohoo!

    This workout totally helped tighten and tone EVERYTHING up! My butt didn't get smaller, it just got more firm and sculpted :)

Day 23 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge. Some days it's harder than others to workout--but stick with it! You might be sore, but you'll never be sorry.
