PP: Lasagna soup; I made this soup for dinner. My girls loved it, so did the hubby. I liked it because I think we will eat it faster than actual lasagna. Not a lot of leftovers. the cheese mixture on top is really good!
Years ago I was introduced to fresh cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce at a lovely restaurant at London’s Heathrow Airport. I’ve been a big fan ever since. I don’t indulge too often, but I’m often tempted to. Cheesy, rich, and classic, this copycat, Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce, is the easiest sauce you will ever make!
Baked Ravioli.Bag of frozen ravioli.1 Jar marinara sauce. 2c mozzarella cheese. Heat oven 400.Spray bottom &sides of rectangular baking dish w/ CookingSpray. Spread 3/4c sauce in baking dish.Arrange half of frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce; top w/ half of remaining sauce &1 c mozzarella. Repeat layers once, starting w/ ravioli. Sprinkle w/ parmesan. Cover w/ aluminum foil. bake 30 min. Remove foil; bake uncovered 10-15 min longer or til bubbly and hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes
