Turkey Roll-Ups (Four slices smoked turkey rolled up and dipped in 2 teaspoons honey mustard) 86. Strawberry Salad (1 cup raw spinach with ½ cup sliced strawberries and 1 tablespoon balsamic) 87. Oatmeal 88. Banana Smoothie (½ cup sliced banana, ¼ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, and a handful of ice blended until smooth) 89. Lime Sherbet (1/2 cup serving) with sliced kiwi 90. Apple Chips (dehydrated apples- they are so good!) 91. Black Beans (mix 1/4 cup black beans with 1 tablespoon salsa and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt for an added twist!) 92. Apple Sandwiches w Granola & peanut butter! Yummy! Ingredients; 2 small apples, cored and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rounds 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) 3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips 3 tablespoons granola. Can substitute CINNAMON instead of chic chips for an apple pie flavoring! If you won't be eating these tasty treats right away, start by brushing the apples slices with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Spread one side of half of the apple slices with peanut or almond butter then sprinkle with chocolate chips and granola. Top with remaining apple slices, pressing down gently to make the sandwiches. Transfer to napkins or plates and serve.

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken Source: adapted from Kraft Foods 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato dressing, divided 2 tomato, finely chopped 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves Place a large sheet of heavy-duty foil over half of grill grate; heat grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, place chicken in resealable plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup dressing and seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 minutes (I marinate it all day if I remember in time). Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing. Grill chicken on uncovered side of grill for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining 1/4 dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil. Turn the chicken over and place cooked-side up, on foil on the grill. Top with tomato mixture. Close lid. Grill 8 minutes or until chicken is done. *Sometimes we add a splash of balsalmic vinegar to give it a bit more zip.

Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Recipe. We loved this!! I only had 1 chicken breast on hand so I added 2 Italian sausage along with it. I also added some chopped asparagus and sautéed them a minute or so before adding onions & garlic. Recipe called for Italian parsley garnish, which would have really added another layer of fresh flavor. This was definitely a keeper.

Super Skinny Pizza Pinwheels (weight loss) - 1 pkg Reduced fat crescent roll dough, 1/2 c Pizza or spaghetti sauce, 1 tsp Basil/oregano mix or Italian seasoning blend, 1/2 tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 cup Turkey pepperonis, sliced into quarters (or you could use mini turkey pepperonis), 1/8 c Parmesan cheese, 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake 10-12 minutes.
