I really like the colours - makes me feel like 'thrive', but I DO NOT like the messaging and want to avoid any idea that they or the clients they will be working with are 'broken'. I also think we need to avoid anything to do with fast weight loss / calories / fad diets or fitness plans / images of super fit models in sports bras etc... instead, we want to make it approachable and inclusive for all.

Good plan ... It takes 21 days to make/break a habit! Except I don't drink alcohol or eat red meat or biscuits and gravy or fast food. And I'm not bikini ready.

If you stop drinking alcohol for one month, then just start drinking again and cut out fast food, etc, how would that get you bikini ready by June? You're only cutting out each thing for one month.. Or...do you cut that thing out and continue to leave it out until June? THAT might work. Idk. Whatever.
