Shoe Organizers. If you can't add shelves, you can get a ton of storage without drilling holes by utilizing a shoe organizer on the back of the door. A clear one makes it easy to find what you need. Great for bathroom items, toys, art & sewing, gift-wrapping, laundry room, garage items or hair accessories. Use clear for a planter. Use for traveling.

My grandma taught me this many years ago. Refreshing towels I use this trick all the time since I noticed my towels smelling funky. It works! - Over time, towels build up detergent and fabric softener, leaving them unable to absorb as much water and smelly. Recharge them by washing them once with hot water and 1cup vinegar, then a 2nd time with hot water and half cup baking soda. This strips the residue and leaves them fresh and able to absorb more water again. Works like a charm!

If only more people took time to do this for their children!!! What I love is that each morning, Charlotte and Amelia rush to their envelopes to see what weve written. The notes are sometimes a simple observation of a charitable act or a quick drawing to make them laugh. I love that Charles and I force ourselves to take a minute each evening to think about why we love our children.
