If you love the classic chocolate and mint combination, then you'll love this healthy dessert (or snack)! These balls contain fibre, good fats, protein, calcium, magnesium, manganese and vitamin B2. If you prefer to make only chocolate balls, just leave out the peppermint oil. You also have the option of rolling them in extra cacao powder or nibs for extra nutrients, more flavor, and more chocolate.

Fruit Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing (easy). Next time I will use frozen limeade instead of the honey lime dressing. Another Pinner says it's the best fruit salad they have ever had, but I didn't care for the honey taste- personal preference. I also added a mango, and 2 bananas to the fruit listed. I had planned to add fresh pineapple, but another lucky shopper found that surprise in their bag, I suppose. Very pretty in serving bowl, as well as easy.
