On a gas grill cover the grill with heavy duty aluminum foil and heat to medium temp. 3. use cooking spray on the aluminum foil and place fillets skin side up... when its cooked halfway flip once w/o adding any oil. the skin will stick to the foil which will, (once the salmon is cooked) leave you with a skinless fillet & a perfectly clean grill :) perfect
