Single-Leg Hip Lift: Lie faceup, arms at sides, knees bent with heels resting on ball. Press heels into ball, and lift hips until body is aligned from shoulders to knees. Once you're stable, extend right leg up, toes pointed (as shown). Keeping leg raised, slowly lower hips to within a few inches of ground, then lift back up, squeezing glutes. Do 20 reps; switch legs.
