Protein Ranch Dressing- 55 calories for 1/4 CUP! 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Watch your label, sometimes low fat doesn't mean low calories and the regular cottage cheese is only a few cal. more) 3-4 tsp. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix 1/4 C. water (or milk if you prefer: Milk will add more calories) add more water if the consistency is too thick for your liking. Combine and blend until smooth. Around 3 mins.

Strawberry Shortcake Popsicles -- 1 1/2 cup pureed strawberrues, 1/2 cup crushed vanilla Oreos, 2 cups vanilla yogurt. Puree strawberries. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until cookies become fine crumbs. Add crushed Oreos to yogurt and mix until combined. Layer the yogurt portion first then freeze foe 30 minutes before adding strawberry layer.
