Stummerer/ Hablesreiter/ Koeb | Vogelzang calls herself an “eating designer". Her work focuses on the activity of eating, its cultural background and the emotions around it. Over the past 12 years, she's opened two Proef restaurants, written the book Eat Love, and designed dinners and workshops. Vogelzang has invited the curator and artist Koos Flinterman to select works of art for inclusion in Food Culture.

Hel Yes! serve their dinners on porcelain and glassware from both classic Finnish design houses like Artek and Ittala and smaller design companies, Saas Instruments and Nikari. The clothes and looks on waiters are created by fashion designer Heikki Salonen.
