Effective Home Remedy for Sore, Cracked and Stinky FeetMix 1/4 c Listerine (any kind but I like the blue), 1/4 c vinegar and 1/2 c of warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes and when you take them out the dead skin will practically wipe off.
Foot detox: 1/2 cup epson salt, 1/2 cup baking soda, 1/8 cup hydrogen peroxide 3%, 10 drops of essential oil (optional) mixed in hottest water you can tolerate. After the soak rub some coconut oil &/or wheat germ oil on the feet and you have an amazing therapy for many conditions. This is also great for aching legs & restless leg syndrome.
Who wouldn´t love to remove all the toxins from their body? Well, that’s a detox, and my personal way to cleanse my body is drinking detox water, lots and lots of water. Our body is so amazing, that in no more than 3 days, you´ll be as good as new. Here are some ideas of how to add a little flavor and antioxidants to our detox water!
2 quarts water 1 Lemon 1 Cucumber 1 Tablespoon grated Fresh Ginger 1 Lime Fresh Mint (about 10-15 leaves) Directions: Cut the lemon, lime and cucumber into thin slices with peels Grate the ginger Combine all of the ingredients and stir Place the detox water in the fridge for a few hours and drink 2-3 glasses a day!
How I made it: 1/2 can frozen lemonaid, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup ice and 1/2 can ginger ale! YUM Original version: Blend 1 can frozen limeade, 1/2 can sprite, 2 cups frozen strawberries, and the pulp of two limes.
Strawberry-Lemon Detox Drink 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries 1/4 of a lemon or 2 tbsp of lemon juice if you don’t have a lemon 1/2 cup cold water 5 ice cubes 1 tbsp Honey/Agave Syrup/Maple Syrup or any other liquid sweetener Blend all ingredients together until smooth, and enjoy!
