In bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, pepper & salt. Set aside. Dip fish in melted butter & coat both sides w/crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet, bake til cooked through yet flaky to the fork, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve. easy as that!
