Lemon Pepper Cod 1c fresh or dried bread crumbs 1/4c parsley, chopped 1tsp lemon pepper, ground 1/2tsp salt 24oz firm white fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed 2Tbsp butter, melted 2 lemons, juiced Preheat oven 450F. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, pepper & salt. Set aside. Dip fish in melted butter & coat both sides w/crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet, bake til cooked through yet flaky to the fork, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve. easy as that!
