Best salmon marinade! 1/3 c. honey, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 5 cloves garlic and 1 tsp. minced ginger. marinate in refrigerator for 30 min. then wrap it in foil and bake at 425° for approx. 20 minutes. Moist and delicious.
