Stir in small onion, finely chopped; 3 rashers bacon, finely chopped; 1/2 cup grated cheese. Put teaspoons of mixture (until half full) into your lightly greased and pre-heated cake pop machine. Close the lid and cook about 10 minutes.

Those made with whole milk are too cakey for me. And not as custardy. But to each his own. This recipe is the tested best so far. Also use real vanilla beans and coconut extract.
