Quiche Pops - Simple Bite Sized savory treats, great for partys: Beat 4 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. Add 1/4 cup melted margarine; 1/2 cup plain flour and 1tsp baking powder and beat until well combined. Stir in small onion, finely chopped; 3 rashers bacon, finely chopped; 1/2 cup grated cheese. Put teaspoons of mixture (until half full) into your lightly greased and pre-heated cake pop machine. Close the lid and cook about 10 minutes.
Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp. Tastes exactly like the shrimp from Giovanni's Shrimp Truck on the North Shore that I've been going to since I was a kid. My boyfriend told me it was the best shrimp he's ever had!
Custard Coconut Mochi. Now that I've made a lot of mochi recipes, I prefer those that use coconut and evaporated milk instead of fresh for a better, richer flavor and truer mochi texture. Those made with whole milk are too cakey for me. And not as custardy. But to each his own. This recipe is the tested best so far. Also use real vanilla beans and coconut extract.
