Filipino BBQ Pork Kabobs
Philippine Pork "BBQ" ~ Possibly the best recipe in the world?
This is my FAVORITE Filipino BBQ pork recipe - the best one I've found so far. This is off of my husband's Man Food board. It's cold here...in the 40s. But it's still grillin' weather!

This a Moonmelon, scientifically knows as asidus. This fruit grows in some parts of Japan, and is known for its vibrant blue color. What you probably don’t know about this fruit is that it can switch flavors after you eat it. Everything sour will taste sweet, everything salty will taste bitter, and it gives water a strong orange-like taste. It's also very expensive...costing about ￥16000 JPY (which is about 200 dollars).

This is called Chamoy. it is a spice you put on fruits like melon and mangoes. It is SO good and addicting! It goes by different names so if you look for it at your local super market or Mexican market check out the ingredients. They should say: salt, chili, lime, and chamoy. TRY IT!
