Sweet potato fries

1 ripe banana + 2 eggs = pancakes! Tried this and they were great! I added cinnamon and a dash of vanilla essence to sweeten them up. Plus I chucked some blueberries in the pan with them to heat them and served them with honey.

Guilt-Free Ice Cream. Just put frozen bananas in a food processor, cocoa powder or peanut butter can be added. Also, you can do this with frozen mangoes and strawberries as well. Tried making this myself last night (my Aunty used to make it for me when I was young anyway). I individually put them in the food processor and whipped them up, occasionally taking off the lid and pushing it from the sides back into the centre. It can take a little while but is definitely worth it!
