Healthier and tastier way to serve fish. I have used flounder, catfish, grouper, perch and tilapia with great results.If your fish is not getting crispy try broiling it for a minute or so to get it crispy. Oh and parmesan from a can is ok but treat yourself and use freshly grated. You will be oh so happy you did.
Smoked Turkey Barbecue Sandwiches -Made 1/4/15, in the crock pot. Followed the recipe at first (but with 1/2 the red pepper flakes), and ended up way too spicy. I added lots of ketchup, honey, more vinegar, even cream cheese and parmesan and it was STILL spicy. So maybe no red pepper flakes next time, but it had a good flavor!
