Trace the clear plate onto blue card stock. Draw a line about half way through and create a winter pic. Use glue to place cotton balls that they can help you pull apart, hot glue the plate to the paper around the bottom half so that the paper and plate can be pulled apart. Using a snowflake hole punch, let the kids make snowflakes. Hold open the top part and let them pour in their snowflakes and sprinkle in WHITE glitter. Hot glue the top to seal it!
