November 2012- baked pumpkin pie oatmeal I added a cup of plain greek yogurt in place of some of the milk (1C soy milk in mix). I also added mini chocolate chips b/c I add them to a ridiculous amount of breakfast foods. To serve I added some soy milk. It was delicious! Not to mention simple and I can probably cheaply eat off of it for a week!
