I tell all my patients this at physical therapy! Homemade Ice packs: 1 part rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water, gets really cold, but never hardens so you can manipulate it. every athlete (or mom) should pin this!
ICEKAP migraine relief. Med free help for migraines... I bought one a few months ago and for me ice helps ease the pressure in my head during a migraine... this works sooooooo much better than trying to get a pillow case wrapped ice pack to stay on my head.
