Cajun Dirty Rice - delicious one-pot meal!! Ready in under 30 minutes! Great for Mardi Gras parties!!! Ground beef, pork sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery, cajun seasoning, rice, chicken broth and diced tomatoes and green chiles. This was a huge hit in our house!
Our spinach gratin recipe is how spinach was meant to be consumed—with lots of cheese! We perfected this recipe so it’s not ‘soupy’ like au gratin dishes you may have tasted in the past. In fact, we added just enough sauce to bind and flavor the spinach and used a nice, high-quality Monterey Jack or Gruyere cheese.
Spinach, Feta, and Artichoke Breakfast Bake – made this the day before and served on Mother's Day. The presentation was great but thought the taste was a bit bland. Plan on using a lot more garlic, salt and pepper if I make this again
