Free Printable Fluency Passages for grades 2nd-12th. Google search "2nd grade fluency passages" (or whatever grade you want). Find the link for Meade School District, and it will lead you to hundreds of free PDFs of fluency passages with word counts on the side. I print off batches by grade level and copy them on different colors of paper and students work through the different "levels." http://www.meade.k12.sd.us/Curriculum/2nd%20Grade%20Fluency%20Passages/
