Crack potatoes 2 (16oz) containers sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 (3oz) bags real bacon bits 2 packages Ranch Dip mix 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes.
Zesty Italian Potatoes Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. The most Ah-Mazing Roasted Potatoes! These are so stinkin' easy to make! Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for 6-7 mins. (flip every couple mins.) til soft all the way thru. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan & Lawry's. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins. Loaded Mashed Potatoes Bake @350 6 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon crumbled. Mix first 5 in mixer until creamy, spoon in greased 9 x 13 top with cheese & bacon. Cover w/foil for 30 min.
