At home workout- This is legit! Did it tonight and I'm 100% sure I'll be feeling it in the morning. I was skeptical at how much of a workout I would actually get from this, but I was certainly proven wrong. Great for those of us who don't always have time to go to the gym or when the weather is crappy because it can be done anywhere!
