Today, I am inspired by film titles of the 1920s and 30s. Although these titles were restricted to black and white, the typography speaks for itself.

The Way Way Back (2013)

The Way Way Back (2013) Nat Faxon & Jim Rash's breezy comedy is flawed but fun. Film comes off better than it should because this is the shittiest summer for movies in memory. Forget the fact that you'll spend the first 15 minutes trying to figure out what decade the film is set in and just enjoy wonderful Sam Rockwell, Mya Rudolph, and Allison Janney. Toni Collette is wasted in underwritten part. Steve Carell is one dimensional. Newcomer Liam James is appealing.
