Chia banana pudding. Banana, coconut milk and chia seeds.
3-Ingredient Paleo Banana Pudding 1 ripe banana 1/4 cup coconut milk 2 Tablespoons chia seeds Dash of vanilla extract, optional
Banana Coconut Chia Pudding 1 ripe banana, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, dash of vanilla. In a food processor or blender, combine the banana and coconut milk. Process until smooth. Throw in the chia seeds and pulse a few times to mix evenly. Pour into a container and chill for an hour to let the chia seeds plump up a bit.
