    So we (DeDe & I ) went to the farmers market. We bought some honey, bee pollen. We were given a instructions on how to make a fabulous energy/protein bar. 1-1-3 1 cup local honey, 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, ect) 3 cups oats. add any dried fruit, nuts you like. I used some steel oats, a cup hemp protein,rasins, prunes, cranberries,bee pollen,sunflower seeds, ground flax. flattened it and put in fridge. very goos
