Visalus Muffins - These are so yummy & easy to make! Gluten free, less than 1 gram of carbs, no sugar... pretty much all protein! BASE RECIPE: 2 c. Vi Shape shake mix, 1 c. unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil (optional) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. PUMPKIN: add 1/4 - 1/2 c. of canned pumpkin, and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. APPLE SPICE: add 2 tsp of apple pie spice.
