This has changed my life! If you get a chance, watch! It WILL change your thinking on health. On my 11th day and feeling amazing, not starving and NO tired/pain feeling (have lupus and RA). You don't have to fast as long as he does, just try 5-7days...The first 2-4 days your body is detoxing, so you will want to quit and not feel too well, but trust me!
