NO BAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 1 graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. light sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 can pie filling, cherry or blueberry Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set - at least 4 hours. Top with pie filling. Chill.
