I did a 40 day juice fast and lost 34Ibs! I now weigh 142.6 for my 5'10 frame. This is my before and after picture! I have the body I had at age 14 and I am 27 now. I am glad I did my reboots for 2013.. I now crave healthier foods and I am happy and proud of myself for starting out 2013 with a successful juice fast!
