BBQ Potatoes- not actually BBQ, she just makes them in her Big Green Egg. I made them in the oven. I liked them a lot. They had a great flavor. I added too much broth which made it so they didn't crisp at all. Will try again to crisp them up a little. I had to cook them about 20 minutes longer for my bigger potatoes.
