    Mexican Rice- Rice Cooker Recipe. This was a great side dish, super easy to throw together. I'm sure it can be made on the stovetop as well. I would suggest cutting the liquid down by about 1/4 cup, it was a bit too wet but still very good, even the picky kid ate it.
